We, the authors of this  paper, hereby consent to the transfer of all exclusive and transferable copyrights pertaining to the content of this article, encompassing figures, tables, abstracts, and other extractable components, to the organizer of  EYE SCIENCE at Sun Yat-sen  University. This transfer encompasses the rights to reproduce, disseminate, broadcast, translate, adapt, compile, and exhibit the research papers, both online and offline. These rights are granted exclusively to Sun Yat-sen  University, and  our editorial  office at  EYE  SCIENCE will  administer these  rights  on
behalf of the university for various purposes, including but not limited to those specified below:
1.  The  article  is  hereby  granted  the  right  to  be  published,  replicated,  distributed,  exhibited, transmitted, compiled, and stored in its current and future forms, including but  not limited to paper, digitized, and electronic mediums.
2.  The article is subject to translation or adaptation, abstract creation, quote extraction, and the generation of derivative works. These derivative works shall fall under the umbrella of the rights stipulated in the previous point.
3.  The ability to transfer or license any or all of the aforementioned rights to a third party is also included.
The transfer  period  of  the  aforementioned  rights  shall  be  limited  to  the  statutory  protection period of the copyright of the paper, and the licensed scope shall be on a global scale. We would like to inform all our authors that EYE SCIENCE is a non-profit academic publisher, dedicated to furthering academic knowledge and research.
There  will  be  no  cost  associated  with  the  transfer  of  copyright.  The  authors  authorize  the Editorial Board of EYE SCIENCE to display the following notice in a notable location of the journal: "The  authors  of  this  article  have  transferred  the  copyright  to  Eye  Science  publisher,  and  no institution is permitted to reproduce or abstract the paper without obtaining prior consent from the Journal." This  agreement takes  effect  upon  the  acceptance  of the  article  by  the  editorial board  of  EYE  SCIENCE.  If  the   editors  decide  to  withdraw   the  article  from  publication,  all publishing rights will revert back to the author(s).
The author(s) signing this consent have the legal authority to represent the research paper, either individually or as representatives of all original authors. They confirm that their research does not infringe  upon  the  copyright  or   any  other   rights  of  third   parties,   including  any  copyrighted material such as graphs and charts cited from licensed works. They further affirm that the paper has not been previously published or featured in any other periodicals, and that it has not been made publicly accessible through the internet, as a dissertation, or in relevant databases, either in its entirety or in substantial parts.
By  signing this  document, the  author(s)  agree  not  to  transfer  or  license  the  copyright  of  the article to any third-party entities.
When a paper is published in EYE SCIENCE, the journal grants the following non-exclusive rights to all authors:
1.  Authors  have the right to use the entire paper or portions of it in their own monographs or dissertations, provided that appropriate credit is given to EYE SCIENCE.
2.  The paper may be used for classroom teaching purposes, including slides and non-commercial distribution.
3.  Authors  may  upload  the  paper  on  their  personal  website  or  blog,  but  they  must  cite  EYE SCIENCE as a reference or provide a link to the electronic version of the paper available on the EYE SCIENCE website.
4.  Authors are allowed to reuse figures and tables from the  paper, as long as proper attribution to EYE SCIENCE is included in the citation.
In the event of any disputes arising from the execution of this agreement, both the authors and EYE SCIENCE agree that the People's Court located in the jurisdiction of the editorial office of EYE SCIENCE shall be the court of first instance.

Please keep one copy of this form for yourself. Upon signing this agreement, you have the option to either mail the hard copy of the authorization via postal service or email an electronic version to the Editorial Office of EYE SCIENCE. If there are multiple authors, please ensure that all parties sign the document collectively before submitting it to the office.
